Clubhouse-Moving right along, the clubhouse for the town homes and marina is near completion. Exterior siding and roofing is complete along with gingerbread trim. Plumbing and electrical wiring are completed. The installation of dry wall with start this week. A GRAND OPENING event will be celebrated upon completion. All are invited.
